December Bread of the Month: Cranberry-Orange Bread
The temperatures outside may be dropping, but there’s something
sweet and sunny rising in our ovens! This month we’re featuring our
colorful and delicious Cranberry-Orange Bread.
This fragrant bread pairs the tartness of cranberry with the sweet, citrus
burst of orange. The dough is a mixture of craisins, orange, millet, flax
seed, wheat berries and wheat bran, which is then sprinkled atop with
oats. Great for sandwiches, breakfast bites and beautiful table bread.
