Whether it’s tweaking a current bread (such as adjusting size, toppings, scores, slices or more) or developing an entirely new product, our Sales and R&D team will work with you to get it just right. We’ve developed an easy-on-you process, by which we provide samples, get feedback, experiment with derivations and tweak as needed, tracking recipes and results throughout until you’re satisfied.
Our sales team has years of experience working with national and regional chains and food manufacturers and can help you find the balance between specs and costs.
