Bread of The Month: Pretzel Bun
While this bun borrows its taste, texture and name from that classic Bavarian creation, the pretzel, there’s a certain level of modern playfulness to this bread. The pretzel treat has been twisted into the pretzel bun.
Soft on the inside with a chewy crust sprinkled with course salt, our pretzel buns go well with such Bavarian kin as sausages and brats. But, of course, their only real limits are your imagination.
